Gina is low-pressure, which is what initially led me her. We were doing some preliminary checking on condos, and when realtors we contacted found out we were not quite ready to buy, we never heard from them again. Gina continued to send new listings and updates on a regular basis, and when we were ready, we contacted her. We initially contacted Gina Maes with regard to a listing she had on Zillow. She quickly arranged for a showing. When that property was not suited for us, she reviewed our needs and set up four new showings that same afternoon. Over the course of the next 3 months, she kept in touch and suggested other properties. When we finally decided on a property, she helped us negotiate the purchase and arranged for all of the inspections and details needed for a quick close. I suppose most of this sounds like "that is what a realtor does", but Gina always went beyond expectations. She was supportive, but not pushy.
