As my realtor she provided expert assistance and advice at all levels of the home selling process. She showed initiative and follow through through out the entire process. She was always available and responded to all of my inquiries and concerns. Her knowledge of the real estate process is broad and deep so she was able to navigate me through all of the twists and turns that house selling entails. But just as importantly, Gina never lost site of me as a person selling my home and all of the personal and emotional aspects of the process. I have worked with a number of realtors buying and selling my homes; working with Gina Maes has been by far the most successful and genuinely pleasant experience. We were doing some preliminary checking on condos, and when realtors we contacted found out we were not quite ready to buy, we never heard from them again. Gina continued to send new listings and updates on a regular basis, and when we were ready, we contacted her. She is knowledgeable about the Albuquerque area, what to look out for (usually a regional thing), and about the process. I would use her again, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for property in the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho area.

She quickly arranged for a showing. When that property was not suited for us, she reviewed our needs and set up four new showings that same afternoon. Over the course of the next 3 months, she kept in touch and suggested other properties. When we finally decided on a property, she helped us negotiate the purchase and arranged for all of the inspections and details needed for a quick close. I suppose most of this sounds like "that is what a realtor does", but Gina always went beyond expectations. She was supportive, but not pushy. She provided resources for everything, from changing the utilities to finding a contractor and a temporary house sitter to all of the information needed to transfer water rights. Since the sale, she has remained in touch and responded quickly to numerous questions of "do you know someone who can … ?" It was a pleasure working with Gina Maes through the complexities of purchasing a new home. I recommend her without any reservation.
